Shipping Policy

At FaithfulFinds, your order is printed and fulfilled by our production partner, Printify, and shipped directly to you from their network of global print providers. This means your order may ship from a facility outside of New Zealand.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. These are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll work with our production partner to make it right.
